Return Policy & Warranty
At Nemi, we are committed to offering you quality, natural and safe products, with a customer experience that lives up to our commitments. Here is our return and refund policy, in accordance with French regulations.
1. Modification or cancellation of an order
You have 24 hours after validation of your order to request a modification or cancellation.
After this time, the order is automatically processed and forwarded to our logistics center.
Any approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.
2. Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return, provided that:

The product is in its original condition, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Any return request must be approved in advance by our customer service via contact@salmagroup.co.
Indeed, food products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly cannot be taken back or exchanged once unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products received.
After inspection (up to 10 business days), a refund can be validated and then credited to your original payment method within up to 40 business days, depending on bank terms.
3. Product damaged upon receipt
If your package arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours with precise photos at contact@salmashop.co.
We will assess the situation to offer you a free replacement if it is justified.
4. Delivery
Nemi cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or thefts related to transportation.
Any incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer remains under the customer's responsibility. Any reshipping costs will be borne by him.
5. Use & Liability
Our products should be used in accordance with the recommendations on the product sheet. Nemi declines all responsibility in the event of improper use.
6. Fraud prevention
We reserve the right to suspend any suspicious orders or request additional verification, in order to guarantee the safety of our customers.
